人の価値観に左右されない。
他の人が、イヤなことでも、
自分は別に気にならないことがある。
他の人達がイヤだからといって、
そっちに、引っ張られたり、合わせなくてもいい。
同様に、他の人が 辛いことでも、
自分は別に辛くないこともある。
他の人が休んでたからといって、
別に 自分が疲れていなければ 休まなくてもいい。
逆に、自分が疲れていれば、
自分だけ休ませてもらってもいい。
のだと思います。

周りの人達の価値観(したい、したくない)を
気にしなくていいんです。
自分が、何をしたいのか、したくないのか、
自分の心を 素直に感じる、そして行動する。
そうすることが、
自分を大切にするということ。
多くの人の価値観とは、
それぞれの人の価値観が集まって、
数が多くなっていること。〔多数派の部分をピックアップしている。〕
その 多くの人達には、当てはまる可能性が
高いかもしれないが、
細分化した 個々の人としたときに、
その人に当てはまるかというと、
そうでもないことが 当然ながらあります。
「自分自身の価値観」、
「多くの人の価値観」を、それぞれに
知っておく必要はあるかもしれません。
が、
自分自身が行うのは「自分自身の価値観」の方だけでいい。
「多くの人の価値観」は、他の人が望む傾向が高い価値観なので、
「他の人にやってあげると 喜ばれやすいこと」という認識で
活用すればいいんだと思います。
誰かにあげるプレゼントであったり、ビジネス的に お客様のニーズを
探ることに参考(活用)にしたり。
（ただ、ちゃんと、相手にも実際にリサーチすることが大切です。相手も個性的を 好む人かもしれないので(笑)。）
